Founder and CEO: Niharika Vattikonda
Niharika is a senior at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. She taught herself HTML/CSS in middle school and has developed her programming skills through Foundations of Computer Science, AP Computer Science plus Data Structures, and Mobile/Web App Development, culminating in a senior research lab in Mobile and Web Application Development. This summer, she is working at the United States Naval Research Lab, pursuing cutting-edge machine learning research in the field of genomics. She is the Director of Internal Affairs for Coding Lady Colonials, her school’s female computing club, and worked on the pilot session of CSterhood, a mentorship program the connects younger girls to experienced mentors in a variety of CS classes. She hopes this program will be an opportunity for students to develop the technology skills that are ever more critical in the 21st century workforce!
